ORDER ON LINE
You may place your order online through our secure website. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We take credit card security seriously and require a matching verification of your billing address and security code before we can process your order.

ORDER BY TELEPHONE
You may also place your order by phone by contacting our customer service staff at Toll Free at 866 -982-7888 Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST). If your phone order request is after hours, you may leave a message and we will call you back the next business day.

MAIL ORDER
We accept check and money order for mail orders. Please send your payment to: Wu Oriental Art LLC. 102 LORI LANE HATBORO PA 19040 Your order will be shipped when your payment clears. If you have questions about total amount, including sales tax (PENNSYLVANIA residents only) and shipping costs, Please call our customer service toll free at 866-982-7888 or by email at lisa@wuorientalart.com before sending in your payment.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING
We ship most items via UPS Ground or US Priority Mail. Order will usually be shipped within 5-7 business days of placing the order. If you need your order by certain date or next day, please contact Customer Service toll free at 866-982-7888. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If an item is out of stock, or there is a delay in shipping your order, you will receive a notification by email or phone.

When you place an order at Wu Oriental Art you will receive an order confirmation email immediately that will include your order number and summery. You will receive an email listing your tracking number when your order ships. If you do not do not receive a confirmation email within two(2) business days of ordering or if you do not have an email address, please call Customer Support toll free at 866-982-7888 and we can track your shipment for you.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We are confident that you will enjoy our high quality products. If you are not satisfied with any item, you may return or exchange it within 10 days of receipt of the item(s). For a return or exchange, please contact Customer Service by e-mail at lisa@wuorientalart.com or call us toll free at 866-982-7888 to obtain a return Authorization Number. Products must be returned with the original packaging. Orders returned without an authorization number will be refused. Return shipping cost are the responsible of the customer. We are unable to reimburse you for shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items for return or exchange. We recommend that you insure your shipment.

Return will be processed, less the original shipping and handling costs. Items returned without original packaging, may be refused and/or subject to a restocking fee up to 15%. We are unable to accept any return after 15 days and sales are final. Closeouts and Clearance Merchandise sales are final and no returns are accepted.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item(s) due to shipping. Claims for damaged merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please have the driver notate on the delivery receipt any tears, crushed cartons, or other visible damage to the product.
